These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Payvly Pay (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Payvly Pay helps small businesses and sellers create payment links and QR codes that customers can scan to pay. The checkout experience and payment processing are provided by Stripe.
To accept payments, you must connect a Stripe account. Stripe may require additional information and has its own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with Stripe’s requirements.
Payvly Pay charges a platform fee per successful payment. Your applicable fee rate/cap is determined by the pricing schedule shown in your account. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.
Payvly Pay does not hold your money. Payments are processed by Stripe and sent directly to your Stripe account. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled through Stripe and subject to Stripe’s rules and timelines.
You may not use the Service to sell illegal products/services, engage in fraud, or violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are misusing the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date and post the updated Terms here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payvly Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid to Payvly Pay for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the Service, comply with law, or address suspected misuse.
