These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Payvly Pay (“Payvly Pay,” “we,” “us,” or the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Payvly Pay Does

Payvly Pay helps small businesses and individuals create payment links and QR codes so customers can pay online easily.

All payment processing, checkout experience, and fund handling are provided by Stripe. Payvly Pay does not process or store payment information.

2. Stripe Account Required

To accept payments, you must connect a valid Stripe account.

Stripe may require identity verification, business information, and compliance with its own terms and policies. You are responsible for meeting Stripe’s requirements and maintaining your account in good standing.

3. Fees

Payvly Pay charges a platform fee for each successful payment. Your applicable fee rate and any caps are shown in your account settings.

Standard Stripe processing fees apply separately and are charged by Stripe.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Disputes

Payvly Pay does not hold or control your funds.

All payments are processed by Stripe and deposited directly into your connected Stripe account. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s rules, timelines, and fees.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself or your business
• Deliver the products or services you sell and handle customer support
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including tax obligations
• Avoid using the Service for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited activities

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Payvly Pay to:

• Sell illegal or restricted products or services
• Commit fraud or misrepresent transactions
• Infringe on the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform.

7. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided “as is.” We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and post the revised version on this page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payvly Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid to Payvly Pay in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, comply with legal obligations, or address suspected misuse.
